Bright River stores your images on FTP storage servers. You can find which FTP your images are on by clicking on the 'Order Details' button next to your order:

Clicking on 'Order Details' will popup the Order Details where you can find your FTP server number at the bottom of the Order Details popup. In the example below, the FTP for this demo job is FTP15.
